“Shree Neel Construction Corporation” established in 1989 by P.Mayakrishnan Civil Engineer in construction industry. We started out as a Indian Railways contracting company and Over the years, the company branched out to private residential, industrial sectors and swimming pools and successfully executed many challenging construction projects
SNCC started the promotions of Residential Plots, Residential Flats , Individual villas and so far have completed around 60 Projects in and around Chennai covering up to 2,50,000 Sq.fts.
We always cares starting from site selection to handing over the apartments to the complete satisfaction of the customers with the transparency in dealings be it documentation, title deeds, agreement etc. It takes pride in maintaining a transparent mode of dealing with all the customers.
All through the years SNCC has built projects with very minimal advertisement. Our biggest sellers have been the hundreds of satisfied customers who come back to us for their second and third projects, or recommend us to their friends and relatives.
